The Resident Experience Specialist is responsible for the overall occupancy of the assigned Greenleaf community. Their goal is to ensure a quality resident experience while ensuring the long term success of the property and team. To succeed in this position you will need to possess the skills necessary to effectively communicate with residents, provide excellent customer service and relate to our residents. This position will be based at our Park Hill community located in Gainesville, GA but will work on leasing for additional properties in our portfolio. Spanish speaking a must. Financial Responsibilities: Understand lease rates Manage the leasing cycle, including generating applications, screening, online lease signing, move in & lease renewal process, and inspections Conduct market rental studies to determine comparable market rents and amenities Monitor resident ledgers and enforce lease requirements Create a welcoming property environment with a sparkled tour path and vacant units Manage leads and follow-ups through calendar Understand all available Property and Lead reports Organizational Responsibilities: Accountable for all property listings and correct advertising information Understand, follow, and enforce strict adherence to State and Federal Fair Housing Laws and all Greenleaf policies and procedures as listed in the employee handbook Promote and teach safe work practices and ensure the safety of residents Ability to multi-task and schedule deadlines that can be achieved Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all Greenleaf team members, residents, and vendors with the ability to work as a team towards common goals This position will require a true customer service mindset with the ability to listen, communicate, adapt, and problem solve while having a positive attitude and patience. General Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Must be bilingual, Spanish speaking a must Minimum of 2 years in customer service Experience with Entrata Property Management Software preferred, but not required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Google (Gmail, Docs and Calendars) Must be eligible to work in the US Overview of Greenleaf Greenleaf is an owner operator of multi-family and commercial real estate in the Southeast.
