Service Care are looking for a Clinical Review Practitioner Service Care are looking for a Clinical Review Practitioner Band 6, to work a temp ongoing agency contract in Coventry NHS. Pay £27 Ltd an hour paid via an umbrella Responsibilities To undertake a programme of backssments in collaboration with other members of multi-professional teams where required. This will involve completion of the Reviewing backssment document and potentially other clinical tools for example from the risk management or safeguarding toolkits. To present the backssment to the clinical scrutiny panel and expand your plan, whether for repatriation or continued placement and justify the proposed care pathway.
