They need a strong head chef to lead the team and produce top quality food. All the ingredients are fresh and the menu is seasonal and semi branded. We are looking for a head chef who can create seasonal dishes, and also happy to cook the spec signature dishes. This would suit a head chef with a stable background, knowledge of seasonal food and a high-volume background. Pub, restaurant, or brand experience would be a plus.
