The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and significant experience in public and private MA transactions, with strong analytical skills and excellent oral communication abilities. Duties:Participate in public and private MA transactions.Draft key legal documents for corporate, MA, and securities matters.Provide legal advice and support to clients on various corporate and MA issues.Conduct legal research and analysis on applicable Federal Securities laws, rules, and regulations.Assist with cross-border transactions, if applicable.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on client matters. Requirements:4-6 years of legal experience.Excellent academic credentials.Strong analytical skills.Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in public and private MA transactions.Experience drafting key legal documents for corporate, MA, and securities matters.Cross-border experience is preferred.Fundamental knowledge of applicable Federal Securities laws, rules, and regulations.Licensed to practice law in either New York or New Jersey; both is a plus. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:License to practice law in New York or New Jersey. Skills:Proficiency in drafting legal documents.Ability to conduct legal research and analysis.Strong attention to detail.Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.Time management and organizational skills.Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
